We want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain bespoke furniture and outlet items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrapping and box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest designated courier point or schedule a collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
